Fear is nothing but misapplied energy,
a mental projection, an idea.
When our body reacts to fear,
the body itself is not afraid.
The fear comes from concepts and thoughts
that we have learned to associate with this reaction.
Although a concept cannot exist as a solid entity,
the concept can be so convincing
that we believe in it;
when we believe in it,
we give the concept power over us
whether it is real or not.
