Gaining a wider perspective is like opening a window in a stuffy room –
the whole atmosphere changes and the fresh breeze carries alternatives
to our habitual ways of reacting.
Through the practice of self observation in meditation and daily life,
even our deepest questions can be answered.
We can find out who we are and what we are doing on this earth.
Ultimately, we may contact a body of knowledge so extensive
that it touches everything.
