The density of confusion and pain can be transmuted into contemplation and fullness.
We need simply to relax, allow our breathing to become calm,
and watch our experience mindfully, without judgment.
In this way we learn to foster lightness, joy, and compassion in our lives,
instead of resistance and disappointment.
Over time, we become naturally cheerful and find meaning in whatever we do.
