The body may have limits to its flexibility, but the mind knows no such constraints.

Awareness is infinitely flexible;
expanding and condensing, embracing and accommodating.

As you develop greater flexibility in your senses and responses,
breathing can be your teacher.

As you take in air, your lungs gently expand. the feeling of air going in, of the lungs opening up, is a direct and nourishing experience of flexibility.

The air freely going out as you exhale – that is also flexibility.
