Illusion mind unfolds with a steady momentum, establishing what seems real.

The Western mind, fascinated with drama – television, movies, novels, plays – is familiar with this momentum.

It knows how readily fictions engage the mind, provoking reactions that feed the ongoing momentum.

Even so, Western understanding scarcely suspects that its own daily dramas operate in a similar manner, a magical display generated through the rules and roles of the prevailing fiction.
