When we truly recognize that our experience is fundamentally open and flexible,
we are free to respond creatively.

We can rekindle the joy of a past experience, allowing its energy to mingle with and transform the quality of the present moment.

All the joy, all the wonder
we have ever known is still available to us.

It is part of us, part of our cells.
These experiences are seeds.
Sown within the present moment, they can flower again and again.
