If we look honestly at our every day lives, what do we see? All experience is impermanent.
No matter what we do or think, in time we will age, losing our vitality and health; eventually we will die.
We can no more change this than we can prevent the sun from shining or the seasons from following their age-old-cycle.
Yet it is difficult for us to accept this truth.
