The Buddha taught that the antidote for ignorance is knowledge.
If we understand the nature of karma and klesha and ignorance,
if we understand identity and self,
then we have completely new choices.
If we see through the ‘realness’ of what is true only in a relative way,
if we question the interpretations of mind and
let go of the grasping at self-beliefs,
we may discover how we have been fooling ourselves.
