We may be unwitting contributors to our tension.
Our movements, our attitudes – our very attempts to relax – can tighten up our bodies.
As soon as this tension is created, we lose access to the healing qualities of breath energy; this energy begins tot stick here and there, locking up in tight corners inside us.
When we loosen up, let go of instructions, and spontaneously embrace our experience, gradually our self-confidence grows.
We may not need to fix ourselves after all –perhaps what we really need is to un-fix ourselves.
We learned how to be worried, how to be upset;
Now it is time to un-learn, wipe the slate clean.
