It is vitally important
to fill the heart with the enjoyment of positive actions
rather than the discouragement of endless problems.

Instead of being entangled in thoughts and emotions,
our energy flows freely, fully alive.

Refreshing this aliveness, stimulating it and encouraging it,
we sustain a meaningful life.

Each morning we can choose three positive thoughts to strengthen.

At the same time, we can forgive ourselves completely
and let go of negative ways of thinking, guilt, and self-discouragement.

Once we touch the inner beauty of being and realize its great value, we recognize our duty to protect it.
